I look into these things about once every couple of months, I just spend a day checking my keywords. Sometimes I just start typing a phrase in google and see how it completes the phrase. Then I use that. I also try to think of how the user might search, if they are going to type in a question then my post might be in the form of a question.

Very Nice Post. It is neccessary to analyze the keywords we are optimizing for due to updations in technologies and increase of their demand.
