Optimizing thank you pages. Since we’re already on the topic of website usability, the thank you page is another place that often gets overlooked. By optimizing your thank you pages, you can get even more value out of each customer by asking for things like referrals, feedback or showing related products. Link building strategies. Michael Gray has a great article down at SEL on the use of contests and incentives for link building. Contests are great at generating links.
