Via Screenwerk, Google has expended its mobile ad test programto know include France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, China, Ireland, India and Australia.

Microsoft gets a distribution deal with MetroFi to deliver, among other things, geotargeted adCenter ads to Portland WiFi Network. The free (but ad-supported) network will cover two-square mile area in downtown Portland.
