    Nice article. For smaller websites one of the problem we often encounter here is that clients fail to filter out the internal traffic (from company owned computers) and its impact on the analytics results.

    If you use a log file analyzer, maybe the problem will be found more easily.

    I use google analytic and Nihuo Web Log Analyzer both. You can download a free trial of nihuo from http://www.loganalyzer.net
