So the ‘share video’ only works if your people you have asked to be friends agree to be your friend?
And they are your friend, when you submit a new video they are not automatically notified unless they have also subscribed to your video?

I’m working on my first video for one of my songs and it should be ready in 1-2 week so i’m seriously starting to consider how to promote it.
I’m puzzled as to how to get people to be your friend? Do they just say “yes” if you have no content to show for? How long did it take you to build up 10,000 friends?
Building your profiles is one of the hardest and longest aspects of doing any type of social media marketing.
This is one of the biggest reasons why companies hire social media marketers because they do not have the time to build such lists or learn the particular expertise in order to yield such results.

Thanks – this is great. But as a Youtube Noob, this part got me a bit confused .

Can you explain a bit more “step by step” – I am lost with all the references to channels.

Thanks for the article! I agree that youtube is a great platform for spreading the message and getting more traffic. I appreciate the tips, especially, on finding friends and sending links to them.
An easy and simple way to increase views is to add friends. Just look at responses to videos related to your video and invite them to be your friend. After that you can just notify them about (new) videos. This can be a lot of work so to use software like Tube Toolbox is reccomendable (see link below). Good luck all!
Hey thank you for nice video marketing tips and guide. I want to add little more that anybody can make any business successful using Youtube if he know the exact steps and techniques of using it correctly. You just need to figure it out that how the system works then you will have to use it for your marketing purpose.
Youtube is still a great outlet for marketing in my opinion.
